How Punekar's Holds Maharashtrian Culture?

Pune is the Heart of Marathi People. I think all of us very well known about how punekar’s holds Marathi culture.Now a day’s pune is being a very big city. Lots of things have to be changed like education, environment, life style & many more. Now pune is famous for IT sector, there is a huge development in this field.

                                   No one is free today, all type of fields are available  starting from education to jobs in pune. People have no time for themselves. They have very busy schedules. For education there are so many students comes from other states. By this, there is a mixed culture in pune means Marathi culture goes towards Northern culture. People go at  discos,pubs,late night parties. They have drinks, smokes etc.

                        IS THERE IS A FEAR ……FOR   PEOPLE WHO LOVES MARATHI CULTURE TODAYS ALSO?

                        NO  there is no place for fear…bcoz there are so many  people who believes in our Marathi culture  more  than northern culture. Today also there is people who celebrating all festivals in pune  with lots of dedication, energy  &  fun like Ganesh Mahotsav,Gudi Padwa,Nariyal Poornima,Banganga festival, Elephant Cave festival, Pune festival. Preparations for this festival  begin months ahead.

                                        Every Festival is dedicated to god like Ganesh mahotsav is dedicated for Lord Ganesha,Narial Poornima is dedicated to the sea god Varuna.Gudi Padwa is the new year for marthi people,Banganga is the festival of musical extravanga which is celebrated every year in the  month of January . Elephanta festival is celebrated every year in the month of February .The festival is celebrated on the Elephanta Island, which is the site of the brilliant Elephanta caves. These caves have beautiful carvings, sculptures, and a temple dedicated to the Hindu God, Lord Shiva. Pune festival is celebrated for Art and Culture.

                                        In this way Punekar’s holds Marathi Culture also in busy life.
